How long until you receive your order?
From placing your order you can expect to receive your proof design via email within 48 hours (business days Mon-Fri, occasionally we may send proofs on weekends).
From your proof approval we begin our printing process which may take 3 to 4 business days. We use an off-site professional printer for premium quality printing. As soon as your order is printed and we package it for safe arrival and dispatch it. Postage times depend on post type and also your location. Flat Rate Shipping is via Australia Post and usually takes between 2-7 business days to deliver you parcel. Locations in remote or long distance areas may take a little longer. Fast Track Shipping is also via Australia Post and usually takes between 2-4 business days. As mentioned location factors also can effect these time estimations.
Please note that these times are approximations only and can be affected by various factors. Little L Creations endeavours to get your order to you in the quickest time possible. We do recommend Postal Insurance as occasionally the unfortunate happens. If you would like Postal Insurance please contact us and we can add this to your order.
Sending and selecting your photo
The preferred way of sending your photo is via email as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org
It is important to leave your photo at its maximum size (300dpi / 1800x1200pixels). Please DO NOT compress your photo as it will result in poor quality.
Please include the name your order is in within the email.
Please note that cropping, re-touching and resizing of your photo may be required to suit your chosen design.
Colour changes are also available. If you would prefer your photo in black and white or sepia please let us know by adding these instructions in the comments/changes box during the checkout process.
Images supplied from mobile phones, including iPhones and Instagram can be used but some do not reproduce quite as well as a photo from a camera. Instagram photos are always cropped square. Please consider this when choosing your design.
Minimum order quantities
Our minimum order quantity is 20 cards per order. If this is a problem for you please feel free to contact us to see if we have a solution for you.
We also recommend that you order 3-5 cards extra in case of any expectancies or mishaps.
Receiving your proof
Every order receives a proof before printing. An email will be sent to your nominated email address that contains your proof, which you will need to check and approve.
We recommend that you carefully check the proof for any errors, mistakes or if there are any design changes that you would like. If there are any changes a revised proof will be sent to you.
To approve your proof you need to reply with ‘Approved to Print’. Please not that once you approve your proof it is final and the printing process begins.
What if I change My Mind?
If you have already paid for your order and have a change of mind that is not a problem! Even if you have received your proof you can request a proof in a different design. All you need to do is mention this to us in an email and we will get your new proof to you. Best of all no charges apply for this. You can also request to have a mix of designs printed too. Please note that if you have approved your proof for printing a change of mind is then too late.

What are your postage charges?
Little L Creations uses Australia Post, Parcel Post service for the delivery of their orders.
All orders are carefully packaged and packed to ensure your photo cards arrive safely to your address.
We have a flat rate postage fee of $9.95 per order. Parcel tracking is included in this flat rate charge. Fast Track is available at a $15 Flat rate.
Registered Post can be arranged, a quote request will need to be made via email (email@example.com) before going through the checkout process. Please also contact us if you wish to have Postal Insurance added to your order.
International Orders and Orders to New Zealand
Little L Creations can supply orders to international addresses but our online shopping cart is not yet set up to support this. By contacting us via email we can arrange your order and invoice you through a registered PayPal address.
We will be able to give you a quote for the postage cost before ordering. All prices will be quoted in Australian Dollars. Postage to New Zealand is $28AUD.
Are the colours I see on my screen the same as what is printed?
Little L Creations cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen will be the exact colours printed. Due to monitors, printers and other output devices having different calibrations and colour profiles, the colours may slightly differ. We do our very best to lessen this occurrence but unfortunately it is beyond our control
Altering our designs to suit your occasion
All of our designs are flexible and can be altered to suit your needs. Because our templates are created and designed by us we are able to make them custom to your celebration or event (or even if you have twin/triplets to announce). For example any of our birth announcements can be altered into a christening invitation. Birthday Invitations are not set to any age specifically, we can change them to suit any age birthday.
These changes bring no extra charge, it is all part of our design service. Please leave details of your alterations in the comments/changes field in the checkout process.

You are more than welcome to change any aspect of the design you have chosen. All wording, colour and features can be changed to something you prefer.

Posting your photo cards
Our envelopes are sized within Australia Post’s standard letter size therefore the will require one 70cent stamp.
What are your payment methods?
Online payments are managed by PayPal. An active PayPal account is not required and can be completed using Visa or MasterCard. Please ensure to return to our store after processing your payment to complete your purchase.
Payments can also be made by Direct Deposit to our bank account. If you wish you use Direct Deposit please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request our Bank Details. Please note that work on your order will begin when your payment has been received.
How does PayPal work?
Using the PayPal payment system is an extremely safe way to shop on the internet. PayPal collects your payment using its SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, preventing fraud and keeping your information and credit card details secure during transactions. Due to your payment being processed through PayPal we never access any of your financial details, we receive your payment directly from PayPal itself. Hours of Operation
Little L Creations is open 24 hours 7 days a week for placing orders. Even during holiday closures, you are still able to place orders on our website.
When holiday closures do occur, notice will be displayed on our website. All orders placed during these times will get priority processing when we return to work.
